jnt188 does not use automated decision-making that produces legally significant effects on Players without human review. Where automated fraud or AML alerts are triggered, a member of our compliance team reviews the case before any Account action is taken.

Section 06

Data Sharing & Disclosure

jnt188 does not sell or trade your Personal Data. We share data only in the following limited and controlled circumstances:

Payment processors: Your financial data (bank account details, e-wallet ID, transaction amounts) is shared with Indonesian banking partners and e-wallet providers solely to facilitate deposit and withdrawal transactions.

Data Retention

Active Account data: Retained for the lifetime of your Account and for a period of five (5) years following Account closure, to satisfy AML record-keeping requirements.
KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the completion of verification, or longer if required by applicable law or ongoing investigation.
Financial transaction records: Retained for five (5) years from the date of each transaction.
Customer support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction in a support thread.

Technical and session logs: Retained for up to ninety (90) days for security monitoring purposes, then automatically deleted or anonymised.

When Personal Data is no longer required and no legal retention obligation applies, jnt188 will securely delete or irreversibly anonymise it. Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytical and statistical purposes, as it can no longer be linked to any individual.

Data Security

jnt188 implements a layered security architecture to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or alteration. Our security measures include:

jnt188 will not charge a fee for processing a rights request unless it is manifestly unfounded or repetitive, in which case a reasonable administrative fee may apply. jnt188 reserves the right to verify your identity before fulfilling a data rights request to prevent unauthorised disclosure.

Section 11

International Data Transfers

jnt188 operates as an internationally licensed platform. As a result, some Personal Data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Indonesia — for example, where our game content providers' servers, KYC vendors, or cloud infrastructure are located.

By registering an Account on jnt188, you acknowledge that your Personal Data may be processed in jurisdictions outside Indonesia and consent to such transfers in accordance with the safeguards described in this section.

Section 12

Minors & Age Restriction

jnt188 is strictly an adult platform. Access to and use of all jnt188 Services is limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. jnt188 does not knowingly collect or process Personal Data relating to individuals under 21 years old.

If jnt188 becomes aware that Personal Data has been collected from a person under 21, the associated Account will be immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and the data deleted or — where legal retention obligations apply — quarantined and restricted from active processing.

Parents and guardians who believe that a minor may have registered an Account on jnt188 are encouraged to contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and act promptly.

21+ Only: jnt188 employs age verification at registration and during KYC. Providing a false date of birth to circumvent this check constitutes a serious breach of our Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Third-Party Services

The jnt188 platform integrates third-party services — including game studios, payment gateways, and analytics tools — that operate under their own privacy policies. jnt188 is not responsible for the data practices of third parties that operate independently of the jnt188 platform.

Specifically:

Game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, and Microgaming may collect minimal technical data (device type, session ID) to deliver their games. This data is governed by each provider's own privacy documentation.
Indonesian banks and e-wallets (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) process your financial transaction data under their own terms and applicable Indonesian banking regulations.
Analytics tools used by jnt188 process aggregated, anonymised usage data. Where an analytics provider receives any Personal Data, it does so under a data processing agreement with jnt188 and is prohibited from using that data for its own purposes.

Section 14

Changes to This Policy

jnt188 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, platform features, legal obligations, or regulatory guidance. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

For material changes — those that significantly affect how we collect, use, or share your Personal Data — jnt188 will provide at least 7 calendar days' advance notice via email or a prominent in-platform notification. Continued use of jnt188 following the effective date of a material change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. If you disagree with any update, you may request Account closure by contacting our support team before the revised Policy takes effect.
