Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "jnt188" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to jnt188.cam and the operator of the online betting and gaming services accessible at that domain.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on jnt188 and uses any of its services.
• "Account" — refers to the unique registered profile created by a Player on jnt188 through which betting, gaming, and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Wallet" / "Balance" — refers to the in-platform funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus" — refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or reload offer awarded by jnt188 to a Player, subject to specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be bet before any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — refers to the identity verification process jnt188 conducts to confirm a Player's identity, age, and eligibility.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all betting, gaming, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and any other products offered on jnt188.
• "Prohibited Territory" — refers to any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is unlawful.
• "Force Majeure" — refers to any event beyond jnt188's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, or internet infrastructure failures.

Eligibility

Access to and use of jnt188 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their Account:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. jnt188 does not accept registrations from individuals under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing jnt188 from a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before placing any bet or wager.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a jnt188 employee or affiliated entity.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme administered by jnt188 or any third-party responsible gaming body.

Account Registration

To access jnt188's Services, you are required to register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your Account:

• One Account per person: Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on jnt188. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, device fingerprints, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. jnt188 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Account sharing: Your Account is personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account. Any instruction received through your Account will be treated as having been made by you.
• Notification of compromise: You must notify jnt188 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware — or reasonably suspect — that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.

KYC Verification

jnt188 is committed to operating a safe, transparent, and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on Player Accounts. KYC may be triggered at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any point during your Account's active lifetime.

Documents that may be requested during KYC include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months confirming your residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or copy of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) registered to your name and used for deposits or withdrawal requests.
• Source of Funds: For Accounts with high transaction volumes, jnt188 may request documentation to establish the legitimate source of funds used for betting.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe — ordinarily 14 calendar days from the date of the request — may result in temporary restriction of your Account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges. jnt188 reserves the right to permanently close any Account where KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jnt188 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds:

Deposits

• Deposits may be made via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the cashier section of the platform at the time of transaction. These amounts may be updated periodically without prior notice.
• Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. jnt188 will not process deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the associated Account investigated.
• jnt188 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
• jnt188 is not responsible for delays caused by banking infrastructure, bank holidays, or Indonesian national holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and other public holidays recognised in Indonesia).

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel and account used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed after successful KYC verification has been completed on the requesting Account.
• jnt188 targets withdrawal processing times of under 5 minutes for standard requests during operational hours (WIB). However, during periods of high demand or due to additional security checks, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• jnt188 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus balances that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited and deducted from the withdrawal amount.

Bonuses & Promotions

jnt188 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions published alongside each individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players whose Accounts are in good standing and have completed any required verification steps. jnt188 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (as stated in the individual promotion terms) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Contribution percentages for each game category are disclosed in the relevant promotion's terms. As a general principle, slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and togel may contribute at a lower rate or be excluded entirely.
• Maximum Bet: While a Wagering Requirement is active on your Account, a maximum bet limit per round or per transaction applies as specified in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during an active Wagering Requirement may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.
• Maximum Bonus Withdrawal: Unless otherwise stated, winnings derived from Bonus funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in each promotion.
• Bonus Abuse: jnt188 employs automated monitoring systems to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic low-risk betting designed solely to satisfy Wagering Requirements, collusion between Accounts, and exploitation of system errors. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have their Bonus balances voided and may be permanently suspended.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active Bonus may be held per Account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while an existing Bonus Wagering Requirement is incomplete may result in the prior Bonus being forfeited.

Betting & Game Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on jnt188. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, togel, slots) are published in the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by jnt188. A bet is confirmed only when a confirmation reference is displayed to the Player. jnt188 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without explanation.
• Odds and results: Published odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. For live betting, odds may fluctuate rapidly. In the event of a manifest error in published odds (including but not limited to odds that are clearly erroneous due to system error), jnt188 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided in circumstances including event cancellation, postponement, walkover, or where the outcome is determined to have been manipulated. Voided bets are returned to the Player's Wallet as stake.
• RNG games: All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games — including slots and virtual games — use independently certified RNG technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.
• Live dealer games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time. Connectivity issues on the Player's end do not constitute grounds for voiding a bet. jnt188 is not responsible for losses resulting from the Player's internet connection quality.
• Togel: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from officially published pool results (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau). Draw times are displayed in Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7). In the event of a pool operator cancelling or delaying a draw, jnt188 will notify Players and handle affected bets per the applicable product rules.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jnt188. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one Account, or allowing a third party to register or operate an Account on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit any system feature.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of errors are not considered legitimate and will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, bet outcomes, or bonus accrual.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using jnt188 to process or conceal funds derived from criminal activity.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any legitimate deposit transaction with your bank or e-wallet provider (chargeback fraud).
• Using jnt188 in any manner that violates applicable Indonesian law or any international sanctions regime.

Account Suspension & Closure

By jnt188: jnt188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jnt188 reasonably determines that:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• The Account poses a financial, legal, reputational, or regulatory risk to jnt188.
• The Account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• A Player has requested self-exclusion via jnt188's Responsible Gaming tools.

Upon permanent closure initiated by jnt188 for breach of Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus funds and associated winnings) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deduction of any outstanding liabilities. Bonus balances will be forfeited.

By the Player: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting jnt188 customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method following satisfactory KYC review.

Responsible Gaming

jnt188 is committed to the welfare of all Players. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, which can be accessed through your Account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Configure time-based notifications that alert you when you have been playing continuously for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will be blocked from re-registering.

Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any jnt188 intellectual property without prior written authorisation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jnt188 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit any commercial use, data scraping, systematic downloading, or redistribution of platform content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jnt188's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jnt188 expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other indirect or consequential loss.
• Losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, network failures, or Force Majeure events.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to secure their Account credentials.
• Losses arising from the Player acting on information found on third-party websites, tipster services, or social media channels that are not affiliated with jnt188.

Nothing in this clause limits jnt188's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy & Data

jnt188 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

In summary, jnt188 collects personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have opted in — personalised promotions. jnt188 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is stored on encrypted servers and retained only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

jnt188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification or an in-platform notice at least 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the jnt188 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact support to request Account closure prior to the effective date.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jnt188 is licensed and incorporated.

Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms. Players in Indonesia acknowledge that they access and use jnt188 voluntarily and at their own legal risk, and that jnt188 cannot guarantee the legality of its services in every locality within Indonesia.
